The evaporator is an important part of the four major components of refrigeration. The low-temperature condensed liquid passes through the evaporator to exchange heat with the outside air, vaporizes and absorbs heat, and achieves the effect of refrigeration. The evaporator is mainly composed of a heating chamber and an evaporation chamber. The heating chamber provides the liquid with the heat required for vaporization, and promotes the liquid to boil and vaporize; the vaporization chamber completely separates the gas-liquid two phases. 1. According to evaporation method: Natural evaporation: that is, the solution evaporates at a temperature lower than the boiling point, such as sea water, in this case, because the solvent only evaporates on the surface of the solution, the solvent evaporation rate is low. Boiling Evaporation: The solution is heated to the boiling point and evaporated in a boiling state. Industrial evaporation operations are basically of this type. 2. According to heating method: Direct heat source heating is an evaporation process in which the fuel is mixed with air, and the high-temperature flame and flue gas generated by the combustion are directly sprayed into the evaporated solution through the nozzle to heat the solution and vaporize the solvent. The indirect heat source heats the wall of the container to the solution being evaporated. That is, the heat transfer process carried out in the dividing wall heat exchanger. 3. According to operating pressure: It can be divided into atmospheric, pressurized and reduced pressure (vacuum) evaporation operations. Hot water coils are also required for hot and cold single air duct systems and variable air volume systems that need to consider winter preheating. The selection and check calculation of the cooling and heating coils are generally carried out by the air conditioner manufacturer using computer programs. The designer only needs to provide the technical parameters of the selected air conditioner: the inlet and outlet air parameters of the coil; the inlet and outlet water temperatures; , water side resistance requirements and the arrangement position of the coil in the air conditioner. (1) The inlet and outlet air parameters of the coil are the basis for the selection and check calculation of the coil, and are determined by the design calculation. Considering the design margin of the variable air volume air conditioning system and the terminal device, the air supply temperature margin of 0.5~1.0℃ should be considered on the basis of satisfying the design requirements for the outlet air temperature of the coil. (2) The temperature of the inlet and outlet water of the coil is also called the water temperature difference of the coil. It is determined according to the form of cold and heat sources and the type of air conditioner. Precautions For The Use of Hot And Cold Water Coils
Use and maintenance of hot and cold water coils 1. The maximum working pressure of the coil is 20kg, the normal water supply pressure is 2~4kg, and the overpressure operation is cut off; 2. In areas where winter freezes, the surface cooler should be emptied before winter comes, and the hot water coil should also be emptied during shutdown to prevent the coil from freezing and cracking; 3. Be sure to set a filter on the inlet pipe of the coil. If the coil is seriously blocked by debris, the cooling capacity will be significantly reduced, and the coil needs to be replaced; 4. After the hot and cold water coil is used for a period of time, there will be a layer of dust on its surface, which reduces the heat transfer coefficient. Please be sure to clean it regularly; Drain pipe precautions 1. The water trap should be insulated, otherwise there will be a lot of condensation; 2. The condensate drainage pipe must have a certain slope, otherwise it will lead to poor drainage; 3. The unit should make a suitable water trap, otherwise it will lead to poor drainage in the negative pressure section; 4. If there is water in the unit, please first confirm whether the condensate pipe is unblocked; Pump Operation Check 1.
